Ritter Sport Dark Chocolate from Germany for me the best chocolate I can eat. The flavor is wonderful and consistent.

Excellent flavor and very nice texture. I find if the cocoa content gets much above 50%, it is too bitter. Have only tried it by itself but imagine it would be great shaved over ice cream or used as a cake topping. Would recommend it to chocolate lovers;.
